I don't know why. Why do Christians say that Jesus (pbuh) is the son of God?
God has no physical children. We are all His spiritual children.

um, they dont and they never have.
the Koran quotes in one place that Jews worshiped Ezra, but it has yet to be proven that any group of Jews did at any time.
it was likely just a rumor or simply slander.
