it means he is excited. probably a little of both, love and nerves. don't overanalyze, just kiss him back and enjoy it!

Could be either very nervous or very excited...All good signs that he's at least feeling something....

it means that you really shouldn't bring a stethoscope with you when you see this guy could be that he has hypertension

it doesnt mean he loves you, it just means he is either excited, (like a rush of energy & excitement, sexual &/or emotional) or he is nervous.
