Do you accept Jesus = God and both are One? Then this verse from the Isaiah fits: Isaiah 43:11. I, even I, am the Lord, and apart from there is no saviour. Really great people do not go about trumpeting their greatness. With half a wink of His eye He could have called off the experiment of the world as a total failure, and could have made this part of the universe to nothingness, in the light of the taunts and abuses and beatings and bloodshed He suffered for us on the Cross, yet He endured it all for the sake of SAVING mankind. It was a norm He imposed upon Himself. Not for any Nobel Peace prize either. Accept it by faith. Also in the episode between the Samaritan woman see John 4:1-26, Jesus Himself says I who speak to you am he" meaning I am the Messiah (called Christ). The Messiah was not only the deliverer but also the Saviour.

Jesus did paid the price for our sins, But God does not force anyone to accept it, The price has been paid, Now all we have to do is take the receipt for it which is the Holy Ghost, as far as getting rid of our jails & so on. I see that you are a muslim, if you think mohhamed was so perfect then why not do away with all your bombs, & guns & evrything else. does it change the picture when the shoe is put on you.

Jesus paid the price of sins to save Christians from judgement of sins BY GOD. But if sins are committed on earth and they break the law Christians or non-Christians have to face judgement from man based on the law of the land. Jesus saves people from God's and not man's judgement. They are two very different situations.

Sin remains.
The law remains and is good for societal order.
The Gospel is the power unto eternal salvation, not temporal fixing of societal ills.
If you break a law you are to be held accountable.
You are forgiven of your sins through Jesus Christ's death in your place.

The law remains.
Mat 5:17 Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.
Mat 5:18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.

jesus also told us to obey the istitutions of man, because our true reward is in heaven. the nature of christ is not to produce anarchy but to promote harmony. this is why repentence is required for forgiveness. you must be sorry for what you have done, and commit to changing your behavior to produce as little sin as possible. you are not truly sorry if your sin is deliberately repeated, and therefore you are not truly forgiven.

Believers Unhesitatingly ObeyGod and His Messenger
[24:51] The only utterance of the believers, whenever invited to GOD and His messenger to judge in their affairs, is to say, "We hear and we obey." These are the winners.
[24:52] Those who obey GOD and His messenger, and reverence GOD and observe Him, these are the triumphant ones.
[24:53] They swear by GOD, solemnly, that if you commanded them to mobilize, they would mobilize. Say, "Do not swear. Obedience is an obligation. GOD is fully Cognizant of everything you do."
[24:54] Say, "Obey GOD, and obey the messenger." If they refuse, then he is responsible for his obligations, and you are responsible for your obligations. If you obey him, you will be guided. The sole duty of the messenger is to deliver (the message).

Yeah, you've got some strong argument there. Jesus (pbuh) was NOT sent to us to pay for our sins ...... God sent him to teach us how to love each other - not to pay the price for us.
Have a nice day :)

I've said if before and I'll say it again......
Some peole say there are no stupid questions.............some people are wrong.
And I would love to see you drop that offensive pbuh after Jesus' name.
Call Him the Christ that He was.
I just learned that in Islam that they kill prophets who lie. Now they DON'T believe Jesus was God's Son , but merely a prophet. In their view, Jesus was telling a lie when He claimed to be God's Son.........I find this interesting.......
