GW went to war to try and finish the job his chickenshit father didn't do in the early 90's. They both don't have a clue!!!

I think we need to "look further down the road" on this question. The Muslim radical faction has been gaining support every year since the 80s especially. The more they see of the apparent lack of stones to finish this fight emboldens them. This war on terror is just that kiddies. Call it what you will, call the man names all you want, but I bet you that history will end up judging this choice with a much higher regard than any of the complainers want. It's okay to criticize a leader, but don't let deep red hatred blind you to troubling signs of a very possible, even likely coming catastrophe.

If you have not watched this, you really ought to, it may show you some things you didn't know previously.

These were the reasons for the the resolution passed by the house and senate at the request of President Bush:

Iraq's noncompliance with the conditions of the 1991 cease fire, including interference with weapons inspectors
Iraq's alleged weapons of mass destruction, and programs to develop such weapons, posed a "threat to the national security of the United States and international peace and security in the Persian Gulf region"
Iraq's brutal repression of its civilian population
Iraq's capability and willingness to use weapons of mass destruction against other nations and its own people.
Iraq's hostility towards the United States as demonstrated by the 1993 assassination attempt of former President George H. W. Bush, and firing on coalition aircraft enforcing the no-fly zones following the 1991 Gulf War
Members of al-Qaida were known to be in Iraq.
Iraq's "continu[ing] to aid and harbor other international terrorist organizations," including anti-United States terrorist organizations
Fear that Iraq would provide weapons of mass destruction to terrorists for use against the United States
The efforts by the Congress and the President to fight the 9/11 terrorists and those who aided or harbored them
The authorization by the Constitution and the Congress for the President to fight anti-United States terrorism.

Those are the reasons that I think the President "got into the war." I still support those reasons.

One does no longer circulate into conflict with an "go out suggestions-set" different than to win unconditional renounce. it is stupid to circulate right into a conflict "for in basic terms some years and then go away." it is liberals who think of we would desire to circulate right into a conflict and tell the enemy how long we would be there so that they are able to attend us out and win. apart from, Obama used Bush's go out suggestions-set to tug us out of Iraq. Obama would not tend to return up with issues on his very own. Democrats were whining approximately Iraq's WMDs as a techniques returned because of the fact the Clinton years yet in no way had the middle to do something approximately it. Bush went in and have been given rid of a despotic ruler and his family individuals. He have been given congressional approval to do it. Obama in touch us in Libya with out congressional approval. He needs to get entangled in Syria now. He seems disillusioned that the Syrian government has used WMDs, relatively gas, against it is very own human beings yet yet Iraq ADMITTED gassing Kurds and maximum individuals have considered the effect of it someplace. that would not look to difficulty you or Obama? i assume Kurds only are not as significant to you because of the fact the Syrians. Why?

This is a GLOBAL war on terror. Iraq is just one battle in this war.
I suggest that you see the film, "Obsession. Radical Islam's war against the west"
If you think that this is about oil, then you are just misinformed.
Stop listening to the liberal media. They side with the terrorists. Watch FOX news for a change.
