Oh pleeeeeeeease. This site is getting more cranky by the day. If you've only just got back with your ex and you're doing it that much, it's not much of a relationship and you won't be there long because she only wants you for sex.
As for the shrinking, that's perfectly normal, and I think you know it.

Of course not. It has nothing to do with sex. If you still got it in a week then see a doc.
Take up some other exercise too to relax your muscles.

Well done! There's no such thing as too much. It may have the shrunken appearance but it's only temporary as it will refill very quickly. The more you use the more you produce.....LMAO

swallow your pride and shyness and go see a doctor, it's almost probably nothing serious, but still needs to be checked, maybe it has just retracted for some reason, probably really easy to "fix".
