your lucky you don't live in northern Ireland like me. our parties don't talk to each other and they are pretty much divided among religious grounds
if you Catholic you can vote sinn fein or sdlp
if you a Protestant you have dup, uup, pup and more.

the alliance party say the are neutral as do the women's collation
but the don't contest all regions and get many seats.

the dup}{democratic Unionist party} is the biggest party elected but wont talk to or sit in government with sinn fein the second biggest elected party { hardly democratic are they}

so you don't know how lucky you are to have any sort of working government at all, when we vote in northern Ireland we don't know if we are even going to get a government at all because are rules state that the government must represent both sections of our community.
if you really detest all parties that much spoil your vote or look harder at what you want in a Representative and you might find an independent that you could vote for

it is not that the Democratic occasion has lost momentum it is that this 12 months is a excellent occasion of what the Democratic occasion stands for. Electing minorities. Electing people who're hardship-free and not white collar John McCain's. it is how the occasion has continually been. persons are popping out interior the hundreds for Democrats because of the fact human beings savour the certainty that society is shifting forward and that a women or maybe a black guy have an excellent gamble to mark background. it is honestly something particular which would be observed interior the background books only like the girl good's circulate or the abolishment of slavery. look how a techniques we've come. look how a techniques we are able to circulate and look in the direction of the destiny at what this usa may well be. undergo in suggestions, this may well be a Democratic Election. Republican's can no longer win. An alien would desire to win this race with the Democratic Nomination. you will see.

You don't have to vote a straight ticket. (all one party) Rather than just not voting, why not do some research on each individual candidate and vote only for the ones that you think will do a good job?

It's interesting that you posted this in religion & spirituality. I don't think faith belongs with political parties to begin with, does it? Anyway, to answer your question, I wouldn't blame you for not voting. I know that's not a popular opinion, but hey.

You had faith in the wrong people, they themselved do not know what they stand for or believe in.
Pray before you vote, that you make the right choice. of course it can never be 100% when it comes to politicians.

It`s the most common way, but starting a new partie would cather more people who feel the same. It should make no deals with the old parties, otherwise it would not get the interests of the people who feel the same about the old ones

no, you can vote by scribbling all over your ballot paper, that gets recorded as a 'unused vote' then rather than as a person who did NOT vote...

if you have no faith in any party then just scribble on your ballot and post it, you've used your democratic right and you've sent a minor message at the same time.

POersonally i'm voting conservative... its the most sane party about at the moment i think

Put your faith in God not man. Voting is a privilege and a right, in this country, vote conservative and for the morality of this nation.

Every VoteCounts, Yes, You Need To Vote AND Pray about your choice.

by not voting .. isnt your vote automatically given to the party in power ?
this is how it works in Uk
so every vote is needed if you want change
so use that vote for the one who you feel would be the least likely to do harm in government ... even if you dont like them all together

The suggestion of the unused vote seems the best to me.
