Try www.dimplex.com I don't know if they make inserts, but their other products are quite nice.

I don't have a clue what the brand name is, but HSN has some beautiful , very real looking inserts for about 400$ you might want to check out their website. HSN.com. And they have a Jan 31 return policy going on right now. I have had very good luck with all the products I have received. Good luck.
