sleepy...try apple...it works better than coffee to kick sleep bigtime...and take a shower in the morning...eat oranges alot..and water..u will be freaking fresh like u were just out of best sex of ur life...and when u got freshness and moovess friendship is not a problem....

early to bed, early to rise. go to bed @ 10pm , get up @ 6am. 8 hrs is enough. have 1 ltr of water after brushing your teeth. go for 15 mnts walk. enough man, you won't feel sleepy.

Hey first through away ur laziness, & don hv a thought that u feel sleepy......... Engage yourself in some activities like reading, hanging out frens, shopping/dating, surfing & wat not........?
Am sure u will forget the sleep........SO making ur frens circle wil not be a problem...........
