okay this is interesting.... firstly before any exercise i hope you are eating the right foods. fatty and oily foods you are sure to refrain from.try and eat healthy. eat three set meals. dont nibble on junk. when you do get hungry grab an apple or a fruit.
as for the exercise..... wake up early in the morning.drink a glass of water. now you got to start with a warm up. breath in and out. rotate your head in a circular motion. put your hands up and down. now lie on the floor , leave one leg on the ground and lift one up . and keep doing this exercise for ten minutes.then do like ten sit ups and ten press ups.take a break by breathing in and out . the best exercise to loose weight on your thighs is by walking and i assure that you would never regret this. walk in your surrounding area in the morning and at night after you had your night meal. eat healthy and walk as often as you can

Around the house...make use of your stairs and use them as much as possible! Squats, instead of bending to pick things up etc do a squat instead. Lie donw and lift your legs a couple of inches of the ground, hold for ten seconds then repeat great for the bum!! Good luck!
(just realised while writing this that i should actually be doing some of this myself!! lol )

Spot reduction is a myth. . . to lose the weight, burn the calories. You might consider some exercises like lunges and squats done with body weight to help tone the area. Running would help you immensely as would hiking.

Get a lateral thigh trainer. They are great.
Shop around on the internet - they are a bit cheaper than TV shopping channel.

try going to your local sports centre and try out Squash as bum and thighs are the only areas it does exercise, really works too...

Get a workout dvd based on cardio. Anything else won;t be intense enough. No-one will see you and you can have a laugh dancing around your lounge.

to Burn some calories, always jog specifically in your place and then shake it after you are tired. and then drink water and repeat from jogging, In 3 days, youll lose it..
