I have loads of pink spots on my arms from my elbow up. I have tried scrubbing myself there with a body brush in the shower but that just made it worse. Does anyone know any creams or something to get rid of them??????????

excema is very common on the upper arms espeically in colder weather.
see your doctor or a dermtologist there are loads of creams available for it - dont scrub it though you will irritate the area making it worse.

Stop scrubbing and picking and let your body heal. I'm guessing that creams and lotions will just suffocate your rash. Go see a dermatologist.

It sounds like a rash are ring worms. It could even be a mild case of eczema. Go see a doctor.

you need to see a doctor and stop messing with it....it will only become infected. It's no good trying to self treat when you have no idea what you are dealing with,you may do more harm than good!
