I got evidence my financee was lying to me over and over. He is vacationing with 2 other woman right now. He bought a new truck, that he put in my name, my friends say keep it and move on. Should I keep it? He is from England. I am in the process of mailing his stuff home to him.

Sounds like u don't know much about the person u wanted 2 marry. If the truck is in your name, it's paid for then it's yours. Why r u mailing his stuff home? Ur under no obligation. Send it over to his work or his apartment or whereever he's staying and notify him where to pick up his stuff. Don't waste any more time nor money.

This is a good time to figure out why you picked a jerk. U don't want a repeat situation. Surely, u had more clues than his going on vacations? Find out what attracted u to such a poor choice of character? Then be aware of that pitfall when getting involved with someone.

He's vacationing with 2 other women now? How did this all happen? And as for the truck I would definately keep it especially if it is already in your name, even if he does try taking you to court it won't hold because they can't prove it wasn't a gift if you all were together at the time of purchase. Also, I would not go through the hassle of mailing his stuff thats just more expense on your part, if he wants it tell him to come get it then get out! Good Luck!!

If he loves you he wouldn't lie. He's using you, the evidence is right there in the truck he is making you financially responsible for. In order for it to be in your name he would have had to have forged your name. I personally would hire an attorney, sue for fruad, sue the dealer as they had to have known, sue the finance company, and if none of that brought me joy, declare bankruptcy on it. As for mailing his stuff home to him, he could KMA on that. I would keep it for 'collateral' while waiting on the truck issue
****after your update*****
Give him his stuff, give him the truck after you get your name off of it (If he wants the expense of taking it back to the UK) and get out.
He lied to you in the worst way, he betrayed you. If he was simply a friend that lied to you like that, you would know what to do right?

consider the truck and gift and move on. look at it as payment for all the lies and trouble he put you through. don't forget to insure it in your name as well. if everything is in your name then where's the proof wasn't being a generous bf? lot's of guys buy their girls vehicles. ans as for mailing his stuff to him, put that crap in storage in his name, take the receipt to the nearest precinct and leave it there for him to pick up. that's the best way to prove he had a chance to get everything back but your truck. if it's in your name it's yours. if you can't afford it then sell it, guilt free.

"...who loves me..."? Seems to me he played you for a fool from the get-go...Turn this negative into a positive and consider yourself lucky and saved from a disastrous marriage. It's his loss, not yours. This will make you stronger. Next time you decide to share your heart with another, make sure you always keep a piece of it in your hip pocket
