I'm going on a beach vacation in about 3 weeks and I wanna look good in my bikini.

Was thinking of a early morning jog 5 times a weeks...

any other ideas...

You should never aim to lose more than 1 or 2lbs a week, but jogging several times a week and keeping an eye on your diet will make you feel good about yourself and that's what you really want ;o)

start out with a three day fast. drink nothing but water and juices...This will get your body ready to lose weight quickly. After the fast, continue with drinking lots of water and avoiding foods like bread, anything with lots of starch, or anything that contains lots of sugar, like sodas. You can jog a few times a week, but a good walk every day will definitely help. Do not eat meals after 6:00 pm; and, keep in mind some foods out there help to naturally boost your metabolism, making it easier to lose weight fast: these include grapefruit, mustard, and green tea.

Definately cardio is the way to go since it'll help you loose the overall body fat. Just watch what you eat lay low on the sweet treats and watch your food portions. Opt for fruits and veggies for deserts. Goodluck.
