All grocery stores sell Whole milk. It usually has a red lid. I am pretty sure Vit. D is the same thing. But you can ask someone at the store to be sure. Or just check the label. Whole milk has more fat than 2%.

You should be able to find whole milk at any regular grocery store. Dairy is good for you because of the vitamins and calcium, but shouldn't be overdone due to the high fat and saturated fat content in some dairy products, like whole milk. Increasing overall calories will help you to gain weight, just be sure to pay attention to the fat content so you can stay healthy and maintain healthy cholesterol levels.

Milk containers have color coded caps. Red is whole milk. It isn't like the "old style" whole milk with heavy cream on top - you can get that from people who raise milk cows and will sell real whole milk.

Yes, it is good for you. Whole milk contains more butter fat (cream) than 2% or skim and tastes much better. If you can find a brand called "Coberg" milk you will be pleased, it is the best milk I have ever drunk. good luck

I believe that the Vit D you're talking about is whole milk, enriched with vitamin D. Ask you grocer. If you want to gain weight, the best way is to increase your food intake (not junk food). Check with your doctor before starting any diet, to make sure you're healthy and can handle what you're attempting to do. He can suggest a healthy plan for you to follow. <*)))><

Whole milk is also called homogenized milk or 3.25%. Try looking for that.
