Is it bad to exercise if you havn't slept all night? I have problems sleeping sometimes but still want to work out...is this bad? I feel so exhausted so I really don't feel up for it when I haven't had any sleep but sometimes I can push myself to.

you need to sleep to rebuild- your gains from excersize come during sleep. look to your diet...are you getting too much caffine or sugar? there must be a reason youre not sleeping. sove that first, then get your excersize. otherwise you're ripping away at an exhausted body. its possible you just need to very what you're eating and when you're working out.

you should b getting great sleep having worked out. try meditation as a workout or yoga if you did't get adequate sleep the night before, sometimes all your boy needs is a good stretch.
