Chicken,lamb,beef pork meats, fish, eggs and milk mainly among non veg foods. Soya beans, peanuts,beans and lentils in reducing order of maximum protein content in veg.foods.
Proteins are formed by diffrent types amino acids, which are building blocks of proteins. Animal foods provide exact amino acid combination to suit to our body requirements.
Where as no individual plant protein source can provide, so We have to plan our meal with combination 2 or more veg protein sources.

Red meat is the first thing that pops into my head. Grains and less processed foods are the best. The more natural source of the food with less processing the better it is for your body. Fish too......

Ya most of us get it from meat, beans, lentils and eggs. I also just found out that there is alots of protein from drumstick leaves.
