Hah! I've never thought about that. Christians say they believe in "microevolution", but there's a natural example a macroevolution.

No mutations occur during normal metamorphosis in butterflies. Metamorphosis is controlled through hormones.

I despair. I really do. "Caterpillars changing into butterflies" is not an example of mutation. Mutations occur from generation to generation, not within the life cycle!
"No fossils linking apes to man" ? What the hell does that mean?

Go and take a brain enema and try some basic education.

comparing the metamorphasis of a catepillar turning into a butterfly would be like the human equvalent of turning from childhood to adulthood. this is what is known as the "life cycle." a human's life cycle may be more subtle. mutations are freak accidents in the structure of DNA. they are not inheritable from adult to offspring. unlike the metamorphasis of the life cycle, mutations usually are non desirable traits, therefore mutation is inadequate to support evolution, because natural selection would not continue a course of action that perpetuates the handicapping of an entire species.
why are the apes not morphing themselves into humans anymore?

I guess that's as good as any other lie. Works as well as minor changes over vast amounts of time, or life happening by accident.

A change like you are talking about is not a mutation but growth and maturity of a specific species.

The reason that the missing link is still missing is because their is not one to be found.

God created all that has ever been created, God spoke it into existence. This is the pure and simple truth and the only explanation that works.

There is a process of mutations, but that is only because of the original sin.& the reason they can not ind fossils to connect apes to man, is because there is none. Science has looked under every ock to try to dis-prove god, But they can not do it, They have looked everywhere to find the missing link & they can not find it, Because they have not looked into God's word that has all the hidden mysteries, That missing link is in the Bible, Gen 3:1 &14-15, That serpent was a upright creature until God stirpped him of his arms & legs, Gen. 3:14-15

a caterpillar turning into a butterfly is metamorphosis - not a mutation

It is proof that beings use any advantage to survive and reproduce. Also, if you really think there are absolutely NO fossils linking the ancestors of apes and ancestors of men, well, you are not following up scientific articles so well.

No more likely would be studies of moths changing color in england to match the smog as selective mutation if my terminology is correct. the proof of up right walking apes is already available just look it up .

No because that is an example of going from a larva state to an adult state... think about frogs.. they start off as tadpoles and end up as frogs... its not a mutation its just part of that species life cycle
