Common buddy, you don't need to hide any thing.Just be yourself as i believe your girlfriend chose you for who you are.So don't try to pretend to be somebody else. Now to hide temptation, you can do one thing....just keep talking to her as much as possible. That will make you feel easy with her and will help you to get rid of your temptation.

Maybe take her somewhere she has always wanted to go. Show her that you love her (other than sex). You don't have to hide your temptation, just divert it. After 4 years, you tend to get comfortable with eachother. Take her on a romantic night, something you would have done with her in the beginning of the relationship.

That's really silly of your girl, especially after four years of relationship. well think back about all the time you two apent together. what did you do? I mean were there times when you two were alone and all you did was may be watch a movie or just sat talking? if yes then i think your gf is just going through a depression phase (which is most common in woman and nothing to worry about) and will be out fo it sooner if you help her.

I suggest that for next one week you make har feel special by may be going out on dates or by simply buying flowers for her, you know all those romantic things?

It might also involve shopping and long discussions about future and relationships. just tell her that you are ready to do anything for her happiness and would never force her to do anything she doesnt want to do. and all that. I know you think its all boring (i mean i undrestand men hate all this) but hey its for the woman you love. and just a question of a week or so. just remember not to rush things up. pamper her and just wait for her to make the first move.

and remeber when you are together may be cuddling or even just sitting together. dont start touching at most obvious sexual body parts such as boobs and arms. she wont like it. just give her a plain simple but loving hug. kis her on her neck and shoulders. may be even give a body massage but dont bring thougts of sex into it. (i know thats difficult but try)

I can asure you that if you follow my guidlines properly, very soon she will not only make the first move to seduse you but in fact will even appologise for her mistake of being unjust to you!

Trust me. I am a woman myself.

hey... love and sex both go together if you have perfect understanding...if your love is really honest as you says tell her openly...what good is it going to make for both of you if you ignore her..and hide the temptation...just be honest and tell her what exactly comes in your mind when she is near to and let her feel you are a honest guy...have a nice day.

Spend time with her outside of the bedroom. That will prove that you are interested in things other than sex.

just go and tell her this. Express your love, write a poem... otherwise, try to maintain some distance.
