Whitening tootpaste and buy a brand that is good like Rembrant (the best), crest, or colgate.
Also purchase a whitening kit from Rembrant. They work great and only take a couple hours.
If you don't have teeth whitening kits where you are from, then go to your dentist and ask where you can go for professional teeth whitening.

Brushing your teeth with baking soda, and a little lemon juice can help make your teeth a few shades lighter naturally. I've also read that strawberries contain a natural bleaching agent, and when mashedand mixed with toothepaste, or let sit on your teeth for a while, helps remove stains.

Try Crest Whitstrips the renewal ones, they work wonders!!! You just have to be patient though and follow what it tells you, It works wonders though for real!!!! Oh they also have a coupon for like 5-7 dollars off a kit at crest.com,,,then take it to a Grocery store that doubles coupons and you will save!!!Good Luck!!!

I would suggest buying a whitener toothpaste or you can choose to brush your teeth often. Do not forget to floss.

They have that whitening thing when you go to the dentist... but it sure is effective. they use the light and it will really brighten your smile.
