Well let's see, if you are say someone who is homless, money may help them pay for the everyday tools needed to survive in this crazy country. If you were middle class, you would want more than you already have, traveling the world, buying mega yahts, paying for the best Cuban ciggers ever manufactured, living in a manhion in Malibu, California. And if your rich, you may have already discovered how "money won't buy you happieness" Buys ya a ********, doen't buy you a satsifaction from a real job. Can buy you sex, won't buy you people to love you. You could end up Like The owner of Rockker Fella, die with no meaning. So if you do hit the lack pot, think about what will happen to you after the situration.
Kind of like American Idol, People make it to Hollywood for the competition, but not EVERYBODY is going to stay.....

No, money is not the cure to happiness. Money can make certain things in life easier, but it won't buy you happiness. It will solve some problems, but attract different kinds of problems instead and the most important things in life (the things that can make you happy) can be achieved without being rich.

money will solve all your financial problems plus add joy to your life. You can buy things that you could'n afford before, visits places around the world, help friends or family financially. You could invest your money or start a business. No doubt, Money will give you a freedom you never had before. But Although money will bring new joy to your life, it is definately not the answer to happiness. Happiness is rooted much deeper in your soul. There are somethings money just can't buy, Love, Health and Spirituality.

While its true, money can't buy happiness and health. It will pay for good health care and a comfortable home with a full fridge to be unhappy in.
If I won a lottery tomorrow, first thing I'd do after I regained consciousness would be get a financial adviser then change my telephone numbers.

Have you never heard of the saying "money is the root of all evil"?We havent much in our family, but 'juggling it' so it all goes around is an art, and I enjoy doing it. If I won a lot of money, I think it would probably create problems. I should most likely give most of it to the kids to help them out. I always said tho, that if I won a fortune, (and I mean a LOT) I would take a world cruise while I thought of the best way to spend it!!But remember this, Healthy is better than Wealthy!Dont matter how much money you have, if you arent healthy it aint much good to you.

Money is not happiness but in my life.It would give my homeless family somewhere to live. i am disabled live in one room government housing i van not let them in.P.C. was given to me. it would feed my hungry grandchild,it would pay for medical for two sons suffering in need of surgery. It would allow us to see each other.3 kids 5 grand kids, 1 great grand son,all suffering alone ,no way to even see or call each other no phones no cars thanksgiving hurt. I have been praying and crying over Christmas since Thanksgiving, knowing we are all alone and sick, homeless, helpless, So money could take away a lot my of pain.
It sure has not helped Michael J. Fox, did not help wonderful Christopher Reeves. So it is far from everything.it could be very helpful at times for some of us.Having read all these answers I guess you all have places to live food to est and family that are not suffering. May God continue to Bless You all So much .

In many instances money IS the cure to happiness. You are happy, and as soon as you get money you are cured and no longer happy.
Money does not solve any problems, it simply gives you more options to solve problems. Happiness however has nothing to do with money or the lack thereof.

nope. You can have a Zillion dollars and be BED RIDDEN. It can make you happy but at the same time may create more problems like if anyone in dire need of money knew you just won a big jackpot...obviously your life is in major jeopardy. So could be a problem.
