I am a African American woman who has a condition called Hypothyroidism, and it's causing my hair to become dry, brittle, and it's starting to fall out. I have thought about wearing a wig, a wig piece, and maybe even a weave, but I don't want to cause further damage. Is a full wig the only way to go?
I used to have beautiful, long, healthy black hair, and now I have just the opposite. What can I do?

It concentrates on the scalp encouraging hair growth, it will take around 6 weeks for you to notice a difference. They do a starter pack which contains everything you need for £34. having a medical problem, follow the doctor's treatment, hypothiroidism isn't something grave, but tell hi that you have a hair felling problem because of the medication so that he can try to change it, and then visit a dermatologist, you cannot use cosmetic products when you are having a medical problem because it's nule, the cosmetic products act as a chemical help to the outside the organism, like a good conditioner it is conditioning the keratine from the hair, it isn't make it stop falling when the problem is inside the body
