head and shoulders is a very good shampoo for dandruff
also, massaging a raw egg on your scalp can help....you can do it in the shower when you hair is wet and leave it in for 10 min....just make sure you rinse it all out afterwards

use nizoral shampoo and neutrogena t gel with salicylic acid there the best dandruff shampoos on the market. i use them both and they have special ingredient the regular shampoos dont have.
