Ok, definitely go see your Dr, like tommorow! Anxiety is really tough to deal with. I am 25/f and I have it too and let me tell you, the only thing that has ever helped me are meds. I am on Lexapro which has really worked wonders. Even my husband who is against all forms of dependent drugs can tell you I can't function without it. I was just like you, suicidal and everything. I couldn't even control my emotions and it got to the point my anxiety would constantly cause me to be physically sick. Ever since getting on the meds my physical and mental health has greatly improved. I'm a whole new person, a better person. Really not trying to sound cheesy but seriously. There is hope and you can be the person you were meant to be before those kids in school messed you up. Please trust me and see your dr. asap. The sooner you get help the sooner you can get back on your feet!

You just said it yourself, you don't want to give up. You sound like a bright, intelligent person and probably very sensitive. It is hard when you feel everything is going wrong in your life. We all go through times when things just don't seem to work out, but I think it is transient and eventually you will have more luck in your life. I agree that it may be good to go and see a doctor and get some advice. Maybe a psychologist to help you build some life strategies and help you work through some issues.

Call one of the suicide prevention lines and they will really listen and help. They can refer you to a good therapist, and it is on a sliding scale . If you are broke at the moment, sometimes there is no charge. Talking it out with a pro is a smart move.
My sister did therapy when she was really down a couple years ago and now she is happy again. It is worth it.

hey...
I know things are not doing well with you right now.. and that I can't do much about it..
But all I can do for you is pray.. I just pray that you're going to get better and that you'll find a suitable job, a good girlfriend...
do you have a family? Maybe they can help...If you need someone to talk to, just holler...
Take care you.. And don't you dare think of killing yourself.. You still have a good life ahead, i'm sure.

I have an anxiety attacks as well. I know sometimes they are truely unbearable. You are so young, with so much ahead of you. I am sure there is alot of people who would be lost without you....including all of us on the internet. You have lots of friends here and you dont even need to leave the house to chat with them. For me, I have my faith..I always say to myself..If God brings me to it, God will bring me through it...I am praying for you!
Please be strong, sometimes a good day is just being able to wake up and breathe the air.
I am sure there is a girl out there for you and she is looking for you, so stick around for her to find you.

sit near wall, keep your back straight and erect touching the wall, close your eyes, sit for at least 15 mins.preferably empty tummy. let all thoughts come and go don't try to remove any thought or chase any. just keep watch on your breathing do not try to disturb breathing cycle or control it.
and there you are
I am sure you will come out of the state by yourself
preferable time for the exercise is after you wake up in morning
good luck and my best wishes
(remember your body is not yours it is gods gift for your soul for this life only you have no right to destroy it

This is a very good blog, a beginner’s guide to abnormal psychology.
Short, clear and simple; and you can even post your question and contact the author regarding particular subject you are interested in, for FREE

From this point on make sure you tell yourself every time you have an interview, "I'll make a complete fool of myself this time and they will remember this as the worst interview they had."
Repeat this to yourself each time you get anxious. ;)
You'll need to focus on getting a job first; worry about the girlfriend later.
Spend more time honing your interview skills rather than asking questions over here.
Good luck!
