You can live a long time on retrovirals but there is no cure. Its basically a disease that attacks your immune system and is terminal. Its a disease you get from sharing needles, anal sex and less commonly hetero sex. Its a blood disease and is therefore more common among gays.

No. All you can do is take medication the rest of your life if you can afford it. AIDS is Auto Immune Deficiency Syndrome transmitted from an infected person to a non infected person by the transfer of bodily fluids like semen and blood. What kills a person is all the opportunistic disease one can get like pneumonia and tuberculosis. You can spread it to others by having unprotected sex or sharing needles used in to inject drugs.

there is a plant that will cure it but drug companies are trying their best to get rid of it because they make a fortune selling people drugs that don't work for AIDS.
AIDS (Acquired Immune Defiency Syndrome) is a virus invented by the United States as a vaccine to boost the immune systems of people in Africa. However, instead of a vaccine they created a horrible disease. AIDS is spread through unprotected sex, shared needles, and mother to child.
