Yes i believe Youth Ministry can make a difference, Youth Ministry is probably just as important as the rest of the Church, alot of youth probably still do need you.

Youth ministries can be as appealing to young people as three day old oatmeal - or they can be a vehicle God uses to bring revival, blessing, and real spiritual life to His church.

I know of churches with vibrant, excited youth groups - young people getting on fire for God, praying for each other, going on mission trips, encouraging the older folks. I also know of churches where the youth are bored, restless, and discouraged.

I was in Kansas City a couple of years ago where thousands and thousands of young people gathered at a conference to hear God's word, be challenged in their faith, and to praise Him long into the night.

I was at church just last sunday where the pastor told of the young people staying up till 2 or 3 in the morning praying for people and the people receiving spiritual help, physical healings, etc.

I know of young people who organize prayer and praise 24/7 - all day and all night - day after day, night after night!!

Get on fire for God! Consecrate yourself to His service! Don't give up! Try new things! Let God break down the traditions of the past that keep the young people locked out!

If you want some good website links to explore about youth ministry, email me.

The youth do need you - but they need God! They need to see God in you!! They need to see a fire!!

email me, please!!

God bless!!!

Frankly I hope not. It tears me up. I've never met a youth minister I didn't like. You all seem like such a great bunch.

But I truly hope that you aren't making a difference. I think religion is a problem in the world and I want it to go away. I have trouble reconciling the goodness of people like you and the badness of your beliefs.

There you have it.

absolutely, its the youth who easly get swayed by the worldly things, since they want to satisfy the desires of there hearts, they think drinking alcohol, smoking and having sex is the in thing, why because they have all the time in the world to do it, most of them are swayed by peer, pressure. and if only there energy could be diverted to the right place, then they can really be productive.
And thats were you come in, you as a person who has already gone through it know how to hand it, should help those who are struggling with it.and lead them to our lord Jesus christ
do what you are called to do and you will be blessed, because dealing with teens and youth is not easy.and if you do not reach them in time they will be lost

Any ministry with Jesus Christ as its center will make a difference. The lost need to hear the Gospel, their very soul depends on it.

Now do they want to hear it ? Some do but most don't, you can force faith on anyone, all you can do is keep sharing the Gospel.

O.ok. because of the fact which you're a minor, you're able to be respectful of your mothers and dads. Your mothers and dads are doing what they think of is proper for you. whether they think of that's in 'no longer' serving Jehovah the real God. communicate to somebody on your Congregation... your study conductor, an Elder, an Elder's spouse, even. yet Please Do bear in mind: "We could Obey God As Ruler." Jehovah won't forget approximately what you have suffered for His call. do no longer provide In. do no longer provide up on serving Jehovah God. Pray in many cases. I, additionally, am the only Witness in my very large relatives, at the same time with my husbands relatives...rather large relatives. The greater human beings attempt to get me to provide up serving Jehovah.... the greater I DIG my Heels in. This previous December, my husband threatened me with divorce, if i did no longer provide up, serving Jehovah. i did no longer falter, nor waiver.... and, we're not divorced............yet.
