Usually me and my best friend see a guy and one of us will call dibs to try for him. But lately we both have a crush on this guy names Brett. well brett and i have already f*cked and everythings cool with us. I didn't think my friend would interfier after i told her about that, espically since she had a bf and now her bf and her have broken up and she's been hanging out with brett a lot. i'm not sure what i should do..i told her i liked him and i wanted to try (called dibs) but she's still putting the moves on him RIGHT IN FROM OF ME! i dont know what to do and i'm a bit confused as to why she's doing it.

If you both are truly best friends, then you should not let a guy come between you. Right now your friend is on the rebound, and Brett is the likely rebound guy. If Brett was really a nice guy, he would tell her to back off. He is with you. If he likes the attention, and the drama between the two of you. Then he is not worth anymore of your trouble.
Guys think that makes them look macho when two girls fight over him. To me it is childish. You can't have your cake and eat it to. Did you ever here that? Maybe Brett likes cake, and ice cream all together. You and your friend. You need to talk to your friend about her behavior, and talk to Brett to. If they won't decide to stop this awful act, then you end it with both of them.
There is a big world out there of many Brett's. Go find another man, who will not just sleep with you, to put you on his list.

I can answer why she is doing that cuz you guys have been doing that .You should have not gotten yourselves to this point cuz it really breakes up friends you guys should have drawn a line;this same thing happened to my sister who are twins.You are going to have to choose and the worse part is you have to choose if you guys still want your friendship or the guy is more important.My advise is get rid of the guy, like i always say guys come and go , but friends last .Well i guess it also depends on how important your relatioship is to two of you.Good luck.

She's not your friend. Friends don't steal your joy. If Brett ends up with her, then he's not your friend either. Either he likes you enough to stick with you, or not. Just be yourself around him. If that's not enough, he doesn't deserve you. And neither does your "best" friend. It's time to maybe look for a new best friend. Tell her that her actions are turning you off, and that she needs to quit coming on to your fella, in respect of your friendship. If she doesn't want to back off, then you need to let her know that it's over for your friendship. How can you trust someone with your deepest stuff if you can't trust her around your fella? I am sorry to say this and i don't mean to be a as* but here is my take on it. He has already nailed you. Your old news. He's going to nail her to. If she is putting moves on him in front of you it's because he has let her know in some way that he is interested. Be careful' Don't let him make a fool of you.
