every morning when you get up from bed walk straight to the mirror glance at yourself and say ' I am looking young and beautiful' as many times as possible. Do this everyday and after sometimes you will see wonders happen!!!
Good luck

Aw come on. Getting older is more fun. You become more experienced with life and can hopefully handle many things better than before. I just try to look the very best I can for my age and it really does not change the way people perceive you. All that really matters in this life are relationships between family and friends. Try to focus your attention on others and offer them a bit of humor in their lives. Most young people are miserable and searching for the very things that we have attained. Older people buy things, clothes, travel trips, and can be much more sociable than younger people who are usually not that comfortable in their own skin.

You have constructed a fundamental paradox in that you are requiring yourself not to think about something, If I ask you not to think about an elephant what happens is that your imagination becomes populated with them, requiring yourself not to think about ageing will generate a stream of unrelenting intrusive thoughts upon the subject. as strange as it might seem it would be wise to set yourself a period, or periods, during the day when you determinedly think about nothing other than becoming old, identify the negative thoughts surrounding these thoughts and construct a list of challenging statements and use them during the next "exposure session" your aim is to habituate or "become unaroused" by the sessions and you will, as a consequence, be less bothered by the thoughts.

You don't. We need to think some about getting older. We need to ask ourselves questions about where we are chronologically, psychologically, emotionally, spiritually. But we don't need to be obsessed about anything, or growing old. It doesn't have to be a fearful stage of life. Even if you think of it as frightening, you need to address those issues openly. Think enough to keep ahead of 'bad' thoughts but be aware that over-thinking will lead to all sorts of problems and you may subconsciously fulfil some of those old age related fantasies.

If you don't think a little bit about getting older, you will be unprepared to deal with being older.
Accept it, accept it gracefully, and plan for it.

Living human kind will aged with time.
Some will aged like good wine.
Some will just be passing-by in planet of apes.
Some may be running on batterires.
Some is running with the burning flame of "Flaming Love"
All we hit their expiry date due with time in planet of apes.
So don't worry too much about ageing .
Just let it be and enjoy with whatever time left we have in planet of apes.

Try to internalize your life experiences, & realize your getting wiser, not just getting "old".
