My opinion is that this is some type of artwork done for a gallery or show. It doesn't appear real but molded of something. It is rather weird and almost disturbing

That's an art work that's displayed in a museum.
Look at the parquet floor and people walking around it.
it's a wonderful piece of art though.

It is all done with photo shop..just a computer generated image..Like the critters in Sci-fi movies.
