I need to strengthen my lower legs/ankel/feet area. (soleus, lateral malleolus, medial malleolus, achilles tendon, and flexor retinaculum muscles) Does anybody know of some good exercises to work out and strengthen these areas? I'll take links or any other ideas as well. Thanks alot guys.

Cycling will help you strengthen your lower body and it is also fun to do. Running is also another option. If possible you can join Gym. You can even consider Yoga for overall health.

1. move your foot up and down as far as you can while you are seated in a chair.

2. stand up next to a wall facing it and place your hands on the wall. Raise your ankle up and down.
