Juv. pick up orders (warrants) do not go away until the child turns 19. I have taken kids into custody for pick up orders a year after it was issued.
The juv. probation office can pull on any time it wants to, since all
pick up orders go through their office.

well...I think that you will have to check on your state that you live in. My state a warrant is in effect until it is served. If that is ten years and the Juvenile is 25 then they can be arrested for it. Like the other person said though at that time it would depend on what the charge was as to whether any thing else is done. If it is for a runaway charge I am sure it will be dropped, but if it is for Armed Robbery then prosection will go forward.

A warrant doesn't just "go away" the warrant must be served... if the warrant has not been served in several years and its for some stupid thing then they will proabbly throw it out..
