I have been seeing this man for a month now.
He spent his days off with me(4 days),no sex was involved*just had to make that clear*.
He has phoned me 2-3 times a day since we last saw each other.
The first night since he left ,he could not sleep and rang me up telling me he can not sleep.*by the way we live 3 hrs away from each other*
I really am into him,how will I know he`s into me???

You all are definitely into each other. That much is obvious. However, from my experience, and what I've seen, long distance relationships tend not to work out. There are always exceptions, but for the most part, even if people are pretty into each other (particularly if this relationship is STARTING as long distance), after a little while, if they meet someone new and interesting in town, they tend to opt for what is right in front of them.
I personally think long distance relationships are better to stay "friends with benefits". It's fun and if more of a relationship develops and one of you moves, nothings stopping you from taking it further. And if one of you decides to go after a "local" and the relationship fizzles, the other will prolly be a bit less hurt.
Like I said there are exceptions, but in my opinion, that's playing with fire.

If someone calls you 2-3 times a day, spends all his free time with you, and calls you FIRST when he cannot sleep, he's into you! Simple as that..........

doesn't matter what we say...if you are "really into him" then you're gonna probably have sex with him soon. see how things change after the newness wears off. you both sound starved for something...
