Every one has a God given gift, you just may not know what yours is yet.
You may already be doing it and not even know it. Your age dose not matter.
Try reading the bible, going to church and helping people in need.
And see what happens.

Let me ask you, What do you really enjoy doing; as it comes naturally to you? what Is it that makes you special and distinct from others, that you can use for the benefit of people, to bless them or help them in some way? What makes you who you are characteristically? Some people can teach, some clean, some plant flowers, some build, some are very and naturally hospitable. Again what makes you, you. Everyone has a spiritual gift some people have many obvious gifts and others are more subtle...I can't sing, act or play an instrument but I have the gift of hospitality.

What do you like to do the most? That is your God given talent. Everyone has a talent. They just have to look inside theirselves and find it. Whatever makes you happy then that is what God has given you to do because you have a love for it.

By God gifted talents I assume you are referring to spiritual gifts. First of all you need to receive God's power by being baptised in the Holy Spirit and speak in tongues. Then you should attend a spiritual gifts seminar where you must be taught by a God's servant anointed to teach and train believers in their gifts. This teacher, through my personal experience in attending such seminars, should probably be able to prophesy over you what your spiritual gifts are when God gives him the revelation. You have to discover and learn to exercise your spiritual gifts through anointed training..
