The Hebrew word used for "light" in the Genesis verse is "or". This is in reference to a physical star, our original paternal star, the star Sirius B. It was personified into the Great Begetter God of pagan religions: Ouranos, Uranus, Osiris, Orion, Orcus, Orpheus, Odin, Ra, Apsu and many others. Our Sun is not the original paternal star of our Solar System. This is the Great Mysteries of the Ages, that the binary star system, Sirius, is actually the missing half of our system. Formerly the two systems were unified into a trinary system, the Osirian Trinary Stellar System. Sirius B is Osiris, Sirius A is Isis, and Sirius C, technically our Sun (Sol), is Horus. Our former trinary had 3 suns and 11 planets.
Hence in Genesis verse 4 when the "two lights" are created, one to rule the day and the other to rule the night was the creation of Sirius A which set up an outer orbit encompassing the whole body of the system, for it (she) ejected out of the Blue Giant Sirius B in a mass stellar ejection episode caused by a comet impact into Sirius B. In her protracted ejecta tail formed 10 new planets and the last to expel out of the belly of Sirius B was our Sun, which set up a binary relationship with Sirius B at the core of the system. Thus the outer star (Sirius A) could only be seen at night, and both Sirius B and C (Sol) ruled the day. Our Moon as we currently know it did not exist in the form it is today. It was originally the largest planet, Kingu, dwarfing Jupiter, and it was the furthest planet having a figure "8" orbit around the whole system, and around the outer star. When the trinary split in half due to the Nebula Discontinuity of Sirius B, Kingu's atmosphere tore away and its iron-silica core was catapulted on a collision course with Earth. The Earth caught it, and today the core is our Moon.
Hence, the Evolution/Uniformitarian Model is false.
The angel of light is Lucifer; today he is Satan, now being of the "False Light of Darkness". This is in reference to "spiritual light". The Genesis account, "let there be light," is in reference to physical stellar light.

Had my last physics class over 30 years ago, so I don't remember any angle which light might be reflected.
If you are refering to the scripture that describes Satan as an Angel of Light the ref. is: 2Cr 11:14 And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.
You will notice the article an. That's the key, an. Not The.
I Cr 13;8a, Love never fails!!!!! JESUS IS LORD!!!!!!!

Light is part of the electromagnetic spectrum. It is the thing you see with your eyeballs. It is not related to any kind of angel.
