The judge told him that he has a bench warrant for his arrest in riverside for a probation violation. What I want to know is will riverside come to Orange County and pick him up? He is on probation for violating prop 36.

most counties will come and pick up the inmate if it is within the same state. He does have an "x" ammount in which Riverside would have to come and pick him up or else Orange Co will have to release him.

Most likely he will finish up his time for the new charges in Orange county. Then he will be transported by the Orange county police to Riverside to do another time for probation violation.

Absolutely. He will pay his time balance to Orange County, then go to Riverside County and do his time there.
