Does the Ab lounge really work? What is the best diet pill that will burn a lot of belly fat off my body. I would like to have a six pack by the summer. How long will it take me to lose body fat through swimming.

Swimming is a great exercise for ab muscles and legs. If you see yourself as an "apple or pear" shape person, swimming will definitely help you in these areas. It is nonshocking to your joints, it is aerobic and also fun. As far as diet pills, stay away from them the side affects do more harm than good and there isnt a wonder pill on the market as of yet that doesnt have a side affect that can kill you. Of course, a good diet would be helpful- join a gym that has a pool and have a trainer go over what exercises you can start off at and gradually increase to get the results you want by the summer, they also have nutritionists at the better gyms and since it is near the holidays, they usually run specials for Christmas - so check it out--- good luck on your goal to a new you!!

You can tone those areas with exercise but you can't do anything that will lose weight in specific areas. Exercise and eating healthy will make you lose weight however. Diet pills don't work and/or are unhealthy. Many people cannot have 6 pack ab's regardless of weight muscle tone etc as some people just don't have that type of body.

no diet pills work, ab lounge is no better than doing crunches on the floor for free, i doubt you will get a six pack , swimming is great all over exercise but you need to to lots of crunches for that belly and leg lifts for your lower belly.

there are no diet pills to burn belly fat. but abdominal exercises do help and rolling on the floor is the best , to reduce your thighs skipping and swimming will do and another is dance your way to slimnesss. happy slimming

Swimming is great- and will burn and firm- eat healthy- vegetables, salad- plenty of water- whole grains- easy on the oils and fats- sugar sparingly-Doing some type of exercise will help- just stick to it-losing 2 lbs a week is good-D

Power walking...fast walking. And some jogging....really helps
burn off fat..and tone those legs. Crunches for abs. You Can
Do It !!!!!! You wanna wear those cute dresses,...don't you??

NOTHING YOU DO WILL WORK...your short, they have fattier legs than tall women...dont compare your self to tall women, look at the short girls...usually they have chunky legs and thick thighs, its kinda the norm.
