nothing bad happened, but I just feel like crying and im having a "fusterated" headache. what should I do!? there seems to be no specific reason...

this almost never happens to me....and its not pms, depression or anything like that, i know for sure

I call that emotional constipation. You need to watch either a real tearjerker movie, and just sob out loud, or watch a very funny movie, or do something that will trigger that "can't hold it in, face spasm" type laughter.

Either one sort of re-boots the emotional wiring.

Life can get overwhelming at times....It is a fact that while some totally enjoy the holiday season, some people get down in the dumps....You say you just feel like crying, for no apparent reason, honey that is a little form of depression...and there is no shame in going to your health provider and possibly getting a low dose of something that will level you off. You don't have to take it forever, just sometimes people need a little help....If you are totally against that, then why not break out of your routine, that can get someone depressed if they feel they are in a "rut"....take a long hot bath, go for a walk, get off the computer and go out and get some fresh air.....change your routine if you can, sometimes change is good....Have you had some recent unhappy events in the last year that could be attributing to this, it could be so many different reasons....life ain't easy sometimes, no owners manual comes with us, so if you feel this way for a long time, you don't have to go it alone....and there are resources to change it.....best of luck to you..

u r a real dreamer and not getting sound sleep. What u need is start prayer as per ur school of thought and develop concentration power. Try to see thing with reality and dont try to achive any thing in dreams u cant achieve anything without sacrifise

You sound like you might have a little anxiety......breathing exercises or Yoga could help. Or maybe even punching a pillow or screaming into it. But keep in mind when it comes to depression, most are in denial until they reach a bottom. Don't wait that long.

You've got a headache because you've been thinking too much.
Don't bother yourself, relax. Everything is alright, just hang out with your friends and have fun. Maybe you are just bored, everyone experiences boredom.

Find some interest for yourself, like drawing or playing instruments, or singing, hiking, swimming, etc.

hmmm that sounds familiar...try to go to a doctor for a evaluation maybe you have depression or even bipolar dissorder...hope you get better and good luck

take a hot bath , relax , take some advil and listen to soft music and go to sleep
