theres several ways, it just depends on how you do it and who the guy is.
obviously flirting is the way to get his attention, looking over, touching, spending alot of time with him, teasing him and complimenting him.
but then some people like to ignore their crush sometimes so it makes them chase afer you, doesnt always work though.. it might hurt them badly if you ignored them. but one time wouldnt hurt i guess..
dont treat him like a friend or he'll take it that way.
i think the longer the attraction goes on the better, if the attraction goes then it wasnt meant to be in the first place.

Don't rely on waiting for him to make the first move. You have to make him aware of your interest, albeit gently. Don't come on too strong but don't be too aloof either. Playing games just leads to bad feelings. Interact with him socially, be friendly and attentive. You'll soon find out if he's interested or not.

Sounds like you are trying too hard - stop and yu'll see what happens. If you look and sound too desperate they all don't want to have anything to do with you. Men want challenges someone that looks out of reach then they work soooooooo hard to get you and when they do before they know it they are hooked on you. Play hard to get and they're all over you. But jus remain cool and sweet.........coz you don't want them to think you are cold either.

Just ask him out, I've never understood why women are incapable of that, It's left up to the guy and lets be honest, Its not fair! darlin' if you really don't want to ask him out, then complement him, flirt like crazy and plenty of touching and teasing. Theres no easy answer.

Just be yourself, be desent, friendly thou alittle reserved, dont be too talkative and show them that you can be self sustaining(the independent woman). don't show them your in a hurry for any thing and that you can do without them. show them your happy with the little you have in every way and you appreciate life and nature, promise you.... they'll want to know who the heck you are!. good luck.

well you have to make him respect you... like not flirting out with him anytime or letting him touch you everytime he wants. act like something important, like a treasure which is exactly what you are and he'll have do deal with it ;)
