Tu heriste mis sentimientos.
Doler means pain.
Me duele - it hurts
Me duele la cabeza - my head hurts
Herir is wounded, I know it sounds silly but trust me, Tu me heriste mis sentimientos is the correct translation.

You hurt my feelings is 'Hieres mis sentimientos'
The verbs 'Herir' and 'Lastimar' are synonyms.
And 'Doler' means to feel pain...
so in this case is translated as 'hieres' or 'lastimas' as in the song 'everybody hurts' of REM

" you hurt my feelings"= " hieres mis sentimientos". ( this is the present tense)
in the past = " heriste mis sentimientos."
verb is "herir", which means to "hurt" or "cause pain". "feelings" is "sentimientos"... speaking of the heart- not about sensory perceptions.
IF YOU ARE TRYING TO TELL HIM THAT YOU ARE HURTING, JUST SAY " ME DUELE LO QUE ME DIJISTE" ( what you said hurt me)
