I know i suffer from depression and panic attacks. I take medication and go to a therapist. But I could really use some cheering up right now. So if you want to write something that might make me smirk.

A cute story about a cat:
My friend Milan found a homeless kitten. When Milan found her he gave the kitten a stuffed lion (teady bear). The kitten essentially grew up with the lion. Now everytime the cat goes out to play, he takes the lion and puts it face down in his food dish. As if he's feeding the lion!! It's so cute!

One evening when my kids were very little and I was exhausted, my husband volunteered to watch them while I went out for a few hours. He said he had to fix the faucet in the bathtub anyway so he might as well watch the kids, too. When I got home I came across the most hilarious sight, which my husband was completely unaware of because he was so engrossed in fixing the faucet. Essentially, what had happened was my kids had gotten into the cabinet under the sink in the bathroom and had pulled out a huge bag of super maxi-pads with wings. They had proceeded to take the backings off of all of them (over thirty) and stuck them to every available surface including each other. When I walked in and saw them, they both looked at me with pride and the 3 year old said "Look at the giant stickers we've decorated the bathroom with, Mom!" The one and a half year old then says, while jumping up and down " Look! Pretty butterflies, Mommy. Pretty butterflies!" My husband wasn't in too much trouble since I was laughing too hard to get mad at him for not watching the kids closely enough.

Happiness will never last forever. the feeling will pass.
Depression will also pass. Realize this and decide what to do until it does.Realize that your self talk or the things your head tells itself need to be positive. Do something funny. Watch the comedy channel, Try to invent and write down jokes. Stand on your head. Do a workout, Physical exercise releases endorphins and raise seratonin levels. They are hormones that bring good feelings. Most importantly, talk to someone. Get the negative feelings out by telling them to someone and then there will be room for the good positive things to come in. Don't be idle, do something accomplishment is a positive.
SMILE.......... just a bit.............come on..............Bigger............
Keep Smiling it will get better.

Consider this, Most girls your age in Darfur have been raped and beaten or killed. The situation in Iraq is just as bad, In China women have a miserable life,
In many counrties they cannot go to school, and if a girl has sex with the wrong guy hed parents disown her.
I know you have serious problems and I don't make light of them, but all things considered you at least have options.
Good Luck

You need some good music.
I'll show you some words that I read from songs which encouraged me before.

"There's nothing left for you to give, the truth is all that you're left with."
"Something beautiful will come your way!"
"Love is all around."
"Every little thing will be alright!"
"I know it's gonna be alright someday!"
"May you find the love that won't leave you, may you find it by the end of the day."

By the way, you can read the bible and pray, I'll pray for you, too.
