I wanna bleach the upper lip hair, I am thinking about buying bleach, but I just wanna know is it going to make it grow back darker, or are there any side effect, I carn't afford laser and I am sick of plucking, what do I do

Bleaching is a good option. You can also wax it if you like. I prefer waxing and this is the kit I use:

I haven't had my hair growing back darker after waxing. It has grown in about the same.

Try a depilatory for the face,hair grows back much finer and slower. It can be found on the same shelf along with Nair, Neet,etc. Also u might try waxing, slightly uncomfortable, but well worth the "ouch". Bleach won`t make the hair grow back darker, but it may irritate ur skin after applying.

Nair makes a hair removal cream for faces. I use it on my upper lip and it doesn't make it grow back any darker or thicker. All you have to do is apply it to your lip and about 3 minuets later wipe it off with a washcloth; its really cheap too.

have you tried wax. its fast, affective and doest hurt that much... if you get wax strips and cut them to size that would be the best solution. otherwise bleach (facial bleaching kits) are fab, its easy as long as you go by instructions. don't leave on to long as that will burn you skin. look for Nair or Veet, they are both great products. good luck..
oh and will it grow back darker, you may have to bleach it once a month as just like the hair on your head you will get regrowth.

I agree nair works. Or you can go to a local nail salon and they can wax it off for around 5 dollars. I use waxing, The hair takes longer to grow back and becomes less noticable.

hi! i wouldnt recommend bleaching it cause on most people it looks obvious...either you should wax it off or go get it done with thread..it takes a longer time to grow back & it never grows back thicker or darker....it usually last longer than wax and it takes off all the hair...either way good luck!
oh and be sure never to shave it! thats the worse.

I think you should continue to shave it off. Bleaching might help if it blends in with your skin tone, but at certain angles you can still see it.
