Take the Homeopathic Remedy PULSATILLA in 30 potency thrice a day half hour before meals on an empty stomach and you will get over your crying disorder very quickly without any side effects or complications. And if after taking it for three days regularly there is no improvement take the remedy AURUM MET in 200 potency once a day half hour before bedtime and stop where you feel you have got over your emotional disorder. Totally without any side effects or complications.
Take care and God Bless you !

WHAT? How can you cry without being sad about something? crying is an emotion not something you just do on a whim. Sounds bogus to me. You're friend should have suggested that you read while in bed.

If you truly have become depressed due to continuous negative thoughts, you must remember that what you think about you bring about. Also, we give and receive energy constantly, be wise about who you hang out with. They can drain you of your positive energy leaving you weak and sad. Those kind of people can also drain you over the phone.

I've got two books I'd like to recommend for you:

What to say when you talk to yourself by Shas Helmstetter, PH.D.

and Conversations with God by Neale Donald Walsch

or How to see and read the Aura by Ted Andrews.

You may find them used on e-bay

1st of all why are you crying?
2nd ask yourself why cna't you sleep?
is your home life happy/ is there a problem on the job/ I suffer from the same problem and I have found that reading the Bible gives me the peace I need to rest most of the time

You need to explain this to someone you trust. If you're forcing yourself to cry, especially to sleep, you could just slip into clinical depression and it's not an easy road to be down. See a doctor!

It might be depression, but it might be something else. Talk to a professional doc, or shrink.
