Yes it is safe. You should dilute it 50/50 with water. I believe it may say it right on the bottle. It'll feel weird for the first use, especially if you have any canker soars in your mouth.

Undiluted hydrogen peroxide is safe. But it`s unstable. If the bottle is rhinsed or moved nacent oxygen is lost. The bottle should be opened and after taking some for mouth wash should be kept at a place without tilting . It also leaves a taste that`s not liked by some.

Safe yes, but not that effective... it is best used as a prewash due to the fact that it would react to the bacteria of the mouth leaving the mouth feeling less clean than before.

No. You want to destroy the enamel on your teeth? the mucus membranes in your mouth. I know, the teeth whitening strips contain peroxide, but in a very small amount with buffers. If you've ever used whitening strips, notice the irritation in the mouth and gums? Peroxide, and phosphoric acid. As a nurse, we only used it DILUTED to clean out wounds, and then not very often. It can destroy tissue.

yes, it is safe to use diluted hydrogen peroxide , but cholrhexidine gluconate 0.5 -2 % is prefered than peroxide as chlorhexidine has a longer duration of action and is effective against plaque producing micro organisms

its very safe, just don't swallow it! peroxide is more effective at killing bacteria than mouthwash because if all the sugars and alcohol in it. if it taste too bad you could dilute it if you choose. but rince your mouth out with water after the peroxide rinse.
