No, no one can follow the Law perfectly ....as it demands.

The Bible explains that the Law was given to show us how impossilbe it is to be perfect as we must be to be with God for eternity. For those who seek God it is a mirror of their failure and need of someone to save them from the consequence of sin: "The wages of sin is death" meaning eternal death without God and His love.

It was meant to have us choose God's plan of dealing with great problem. Because He loves us and wants us to be with Him forever by our own free choice, He sent His son , who alone could perfectly follow the Law, to die for our sin and to give to all who seek this savior, His perfection as a gift.

not really, because some laws only apply to certain people. also, some laws are only able to be observed when there is a temple. but other than that, yes, there are lots of people who truly follow the mosaic law. they are called orthodox jews.

If you mean every little detail - that might be hard but probably not impossible given an acceptance that accidents and mistakes will happen.
