Yes we should be involved in politics. Every group in America should be involved. In fact every person should be in some way or another, as long as they are old enough to have an opinion of their own.

As citizens of the USA, we have both a right and an obligation to vote and be involved in politics. We ought always consider how we can make this nation better for all the people.

If we aren't involved in politics that sure doesn't leave many people to run the country ! Think abou it, every president of the USA has been a Christian.

Ohhh look, pretty fish bait! Or is it troll bait.
Yes silly. All religious groups should be involved in politics. Even Nazis, even KKK, like it or not. We just have to hope to "get out the vote" for the majority.

Of course. everyone else is, or we to leave it only to the atheists,or Jewish people. or Buddhists.etc. were supposed to. everyone should be involved in protecting there values and beliefs in society. If this was a nation of Buddhists then they should voice there opinions as Christians do.But for Christian leaders to threaten there followers with damnation.or excommunication for not believing and following his advise and views .then of course they should not do this.and should be brought to light and condemned for there actions. everyone should follow there heart and mind and convictions independently

Sure, as long as they put their country before their religion, just like ANY religious person making decisions about our secular society or running for political office should.
JFK had to promise that...maybe you're not old enough to remember that, but he had to say that before his candidacy for POTUS would even be considered.
I think that was a good precedent. I think it ought to be required.

Everyone should be involved in politics. We owe it to the people that sacrificed their lives for us.

Religion and politics have no place for each other. Sure they can be involved but they need to be empowered enough to keep their personal beliefs at home.
