Is it true that is diffucult to use?

They aren't that hard to use. I've had mine for about a month and I'm pretty satisfied with it.

No. You just have to take ten minutes to figure it out if you are tech savvy.

it would be worth it to read the booklets it comes with.that's a nice phone.

Yes, it is true.

It is extremely difficult to use. I have had 2 of them.

I tried to take the first one back but they wouldn't said that my warrenty did not cover it. So I got another one and.....

it melted in my hand also. I think they are horrible, who would make a phone out of chocolate, it is for eating not for phone making.
