No, I don't need a detox to cleanse my system for an upcoming drug test. I smoke cigarettes, I don't drink alcohol but I drink a LOT of coffee, I definitely don't do drugs of any kind, way, shape or form. I just want to feel better and detox my body of all the sludge that'll be left over in my system after the holidays. I can do pills, but I'm not too keen on tea.

if you want to stop smoking i would try the patches. they did work for me. but i lived with a smoker and he wouldnt quit and would smoke in front of me knowing i was trying to quit. so now i am thinking of being hypnotised to see if that works depending on where your at you can call the hospital and ask them if they have a program like that. i think the cost here is $10 or $20. but i would check in your area,
