Chiropractic work is probably the best idea however, look for one that specializes in cranial work as well. Makes a huge difference. It worked for me and still does. I have stopped cracking mine since I started seeing someone that knows how cranial work makes the best solution for neck pain and my headaches.
Good luck.

Hello there! Gosh, I am so sorry that your life began with such difficulty. The good news is that I am highly doubtful that your past medical history has anything to do with your current symptoms. I think what you are dealing with are some extremely tight muscles and perhaps an impinged nerve coming from your cervical spine. This can easily cause your symptoms and then some. My advice to you is one, see your doctor. Only because you never can tell with difficult past histories. Two, when everything checks out to be just fine and you have a clean bill of health, see a good massage therapist, perhaps even an acupuncturist. I have been plagued by problems with my neck and low back and I swear, I leave the office at least 80% better. I hope that this has somehow been helpful and I wish you the very best of luck! Feel better very soon!

Wear a neck brace for a time and you cannot move your neck.

Do you talk on the phone a lot at work? Do you hold your head in the same position as you work? I used to balance the phone between my shoulder and eat: it gave me chronic neck problems and headaches until I went to try acupuncture and the therapist told me I was holding my head in the same position too much.

I've something similar for years. I have been going to acupuncture since August. it has helped lots more than chiropractic for me. It hurts but it also feels great after.

This seems to bedue to excess energy in your Large Intestine Meridian. There is no medicine to treat it. Only acupuncturist can treat it. Please see if any nearby to you, otherwise think visiting us.
Till the time i suggest one experiment if you believe in yourself and me. If you have good hunger eat only sprouts and/or salads. Have a glass of milk with paste of soaked almonds and sugar or dates(khajoor) before you go to bed. If any doubt ask with reference.
