Bokendo is a Japanese sword art. i.e. boken=wooden sword, do=art. The art is practiced w/wooden and live swords.

I don't think bokkendo is the word you are looking for. Maybe you thinking of kenjutsu or iado?

edit-whoops, there really is such a thing as bokkendo. It appears to be kata for bokken and jo performed in conjuction with aikido. Seems like it may be some of the same kata that one learns in kendo.

I have a bokken, which is a wooden samurai sword, maybe bokkendo is the practice of a bokken?

I think its just forms / kata .
