well... I would recommend either starting calisthenics, gymnastics or joining the circus! I do circus performing and it really helps your flexibility (and there are contortionists at circuses to)! Hope this helped!

You should have started when you were a lot younger, it takes time to train one's body to do the things they do.

most of them are double jointed. if you are then you have a better chance.
use flexibility training that suits you and that you enjoy.
