Hi there...she is considered a domestic short hair (DSH) perhaps with a Siamese mix. Siamese kitties are vocal by nature. If both parents look like your cat and you had pedigree papers then she would be a Siamese otherwise for all practical purposes to veterinarians, animal rescue/shelters she's considered a DSH with a Siamese mix. Good description, lets see the blue eyes & tan ears and tail says she's Siamese, but they aren't known for being that vocal so she's probably mixed with a domestic house cat. She sounds pretty, I've always prefered Siamese cats.

I actually know of a cat with pretty much the same description; he is an oriental shorthair, and is very vocal like you said. If the tan spots look sort of 'worked through' her fur, and she has an angular face, then she is most likely an oriental shorthair. (A close relation of the Siamese; they originated in Thailand)

Sounds like a Siamese or Siamese mix. And what another person said is incorrect, Siamese cats are known for being VERY vocal, and having a distinct "yowl."

Sounds like a typical housecat, mixed breed. One of mine is white, with tan markings too, but yellow eyes. He's of no particular breed, just another handsome cat!
