To drink responsibly? i don't think of that is placing a nasty party in the least. I at present stay in Germany the position little ones are uncovered or perhaps eat alcohol from a tender age and they truly haven't got a lot of a difficulty with youngsters binge ingesting over right here. ingesting alcohol isn't some taboo ingredient that they could do to insurrection - it really is a widespread ingredient and the adults do no longer make a huge deal out of it so the youngsters do not both. My husband and that i do not drink very usually yet there is continuously a bottle of Muscato in the refrigerator and a 6 %. and that i save a bottle of Bailey's on accurate of the refrigerator because from time to time an irish espresso purely truly sounds sturdy after a lengthy day. A bottle of Muscato lasts 2 weeks and the Bailey's lasts about 6 months so i'm fairly constructive i'm no longer ingesting too a lot, lol.

None.
Now and again I pick up some beer, usually by the single bottle. And I'll buy wine for cooking and then finish the bottle. But other than I don't keep alcohol in the house, and haven't hard liquor around for ages. Last was vodka probably ten years ago.

We have a bottle of champagne that was left by someone at a party we held, a bottle of 12 year Scotch that was given to us as a hostess gift and 4 bottles of wine that was given to us in France from a Chateau we stayed in and an Auberge we ate at.
However, I am sure people look on it as a total waste since we don't drink alcohol.

Only my dad drinks at home occasionally and he "collects" mainly Brandies like Cognac, VSOP, XO in their original bottles (some boxes look like they have been in the cupboard for more than 20 -30 years), a few big jugs (capicity - 3 to 5 litres) of Chinese rice wine or yellow wine with Chinese herbs he put in and sealed (the oldest one date back to 1972) and a few bottles of red wine & white wine. We all don't touch his collection but we do think he wasted the space and seems he enjoys buying more than drinking! He buys whenever he travels and expects his friends or our relatives would empty his bottles but usually ends up like he bought too much and had to carry them back home. He travels with my mom and that means he can buy more and my mom doesn't drink at all!
I have dark rum, gin, sake and Chinese rose wine in the kitchen for cooking.
